What is a checkpoint?
One consequential action that Outhora evaluates: approved, sent to a person, or blocked. Read-only tool calls pass through free and never count.
Is every feature really on every plan?
Yes. The policy engine, approvals, signed receipts, the kill switch and session analysis are on every plan, Sandbox included, along with every product update as it ships. Plans differ only in checkpoints, people, agents, audit history and support.
Do you charge per seat or per approval?
No. Charging for approvers or approvals would punish the oversight you are buying Outhora for. You pay for checkpoints; people and agents are plan limits.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Paid plans keep running and each extra checkpoint is billed at your plan’s overage rate. The Sandbox pauses at its limit, and the first time it gets there it gets a one-time 2x boost.
Do tests count toward my limit?
No. Policy dry runs and flow-explorer tests never count.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up whenever you need more checkpoints, people or agents. The calculator above shows where each plan becomes the better deal.
What does Enterprise add?
Custom volume pricing on committed annual volume, SSO and SAML, on-prem or private deployment, complete onboarding with an integration assessment, custom integrations in scope, a HIPAA BAA, security review support, an SLA and a dedicated contact.
Where do you stand on compliance?
SOC 2 Type 1 is in progress and a HIPAA BAA is available. Outhora supports a SOX-compatible audit trail and the human oversight that EU AI Act Article 14 asks for. Detailed mappings are available under NDA.
